Nedostatkem financ\u00ed trp\u00ed i samotn\u00ed zdravotn\u00edci a je jen ot\u00e1zkou \u010dasu, kdy se to dotkne pacient\u016f. N\u00e1stupn\u00ed plat mlad\u00e9ho l\u00e9ka\u0159e je mnohdy ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e plat prodava\u010dky v\u00a0supermarketu. Nen\u00ed tedy divu, \u017ee mlad\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159i nevid\u00ed svou perspektivu v\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9m zdravotnictv\u00ed, a pokud cht\u011bj\u00ed sv\u016fj obor vykon\u00e1vat, odch\u00e1z\u00ed mnohdy do zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Velmi podobn\u00e1 situace je i u st\u0159edn\u00edho zdravotnick\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu. Druh\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem v\u00a0oblasti personalistiky je st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. Zhruba 23% l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f u n\u00e1s je star\u0161\u00ed \u0161edes\u00e1ti let. St\u00e1rnut\u00ed a migraci l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f nelze zastavit a nahradit nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1borem ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed, ale je nutn\u00e9 co nejrychleji naj\u00edt systematick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Jinak se brzy m\u016f\u017eeme do\u010dkat nedostupnosti zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a ohro\u017een\u00ed pacient\u016f. L\u00e9ka\u0159i a zdravotn\u00ed sestry se tak\u00e9 pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s\u00a0nedostate\u010dn\u011b organizovan\u00fdm a nepr\u016fhledn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem postgradu\u00e1ln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b i ze stran pacient\u016f nen\u00ed v\u0161e bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e9. V\u00a0praxi se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdm zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm p\u00e9\u010de a zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm jej\u00ed dostupnosti. Realitou jsou nap\u0159. pacienti s t\u00fddny trvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u201cbolest\u00ed zad\u201d na pohotovostech ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch, vol\u00e1n\u00ed rychl\u00e9 z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 slu\u017eby n\u011bkdy &#8211; nadsazen\u011b &#8211; i kv\u016fli p\u0159edeps\u00e1n\u00ed receptu atd. To jsou bohu\u017eel d\u016fsledky garantovan\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de zdarma a p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed ob\u010dan\u016f, \u017ee nemusej\u00ed pe\u010dovat o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, od toho maj\u00ed p\u0159ece l\u00e9ka\u0159e a je\u0161t\u011b k\u00a0tomu zadarmo. S t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 prevence zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b by se na\u0161ly \u00faspory v\u00a0na\u0161em zdravotnictv\u00ed, tak\u017ee by dal\u0161\u00ed investice nebyly nutn\u00e9 v\u00a0takov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i. Mo\u017en\u00e1 by se na\u0161el zp\u016fsob jak \u201ezacelit\u201c ur\u010dit\u00e1 m\u00edsta v\u00a0nemocnic\u00edch, jako jsou n\u00e1kup p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed, hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s\u00a0energiemi, v\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u00e1ch, pr\u00e1deln\u00e1ch apod. Zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed nemocni\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a dostupnosti taky p\u0159inese hodn\u011b finan\u010dn\u00edch \u00faspor.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem bych konstatoval, \u017ee i p\u0159es ur\u010dit\u00e9 probl\u00e9my je na\u0161e zdravotnictv\u00ed na \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 \u00farovni a m\u011bli bychom si toho nesm\u00edrn\u011b v\u00e1\u017eit a p\u0159istupovat k\u00a0t\u011bm, co se o na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed staraj\u00ed, s\u00a0\u00factou a pokorou.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1045\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1045\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1045 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/emagazin.plus\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/adam_vojtech-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1045\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Adam Vojt\u011bch<\/strong>\u00a0poslanec Parlament \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f je dlouhodob\u00e1 udr\u017eitelnost financov\u00e1n\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m tak nen\u00ed p\u0159ipraven na zpomalen\u00ed ekonomiky, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit razantn\u00ed propad do deficitu. Zdravotnictv\u00ed p\u0159itom \u010del\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m, jako v\u00fdznamn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00fdskytu chronick\u00fdch chorob \u010di st\u00e1rnut\u00ed populace.
