Moje pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed: <br>1. D\u0159\u00edve byl home office bonusem, dnes je \u010dasto bonusem vlastn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto v kancel\u00e1\u0159i. <br>2. P\u0159inutit se ke ka\u017edodenn\u00ed intenzivn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm re\u017eimu home office je pro mnoh\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. \u010casto i samotn\u00fdm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm chyb\u00ed neform\u00e1ln\u00ed dohled kolektivu nebo nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho. <br>3. D\u0159\u00edve byla v\u011bt\u0161ina v pr\u00e1ci kr\u00e1tce po osm\u00e9. P\u0159i home office se rad\u011bji ujist\u00edm, jestli m\u016f\u017eu volat \u201eu\u017e\u201d v 9 dopoledne.<br> 4. V konferen\u010dn\u00edch hovorech v\u00edc ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve zazn\u00edv\u00e1 neform\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u00f3n. Chyb\u00ed n\u00e1m mo\u017enost jen tak, nev\u00e1\u017en\u011b popov\u00eddat s kolegy. <br>5. Jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;nich bude to, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se d\u00edv\u00e1me na kancel\u00e1\u0159skou pr\u00e1ci. V\u011bt\u0161ina firem \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b otestovala, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 pracovat v&nbsp;distribuovan\u00fdch t\u00fdmech. Nyn\u00ed ale za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed ch\u00e1pat, \u017ee home office nen\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Osobn\u00ed kontakt je nezbytn\u00fd pro t\u00fdmovou kreativitu, pro u\u010den\u00ed od koleg\u016f, pro nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed d\u00edky spont\u00e1nn\u00edm interakc\u00edm, a pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed firemn\u00ed kultury. P\u0159es aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1ny n\u011bkter\u00fdch firem jako Twitter \u010di Facebook se tak home office nestane nov\u00fdm norm\u00e1lem. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 n\u00e1m, jak jsme byli stmelen\u00ed p\u0159ed pandemi\u00ed a kolik \u010dasu kultu\u0159e v\u011bnujeme. Zm\u011bnili jsme zp\u016fsob komunikace, te\u010f je rychl\u00e1, hodn\u011b \u010dast\u00e1, krat\u0161\u00ed a neform\u00e1ln\u00ed. Pos\u00edl\u00e1me info maily na v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, n\u00e1\u0161 CEO nat\u00e1\u010del t\u00fddenn\u00ed videa, m\u00e1me nov\u00e9 form\u00e1ty novinek na intranetu, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. B\u011bhem pandemie jsme vytvo\u0159ili speci\u00e1ln\u00ed program #WeAreING, kter\u00fd je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na udr\u017een\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 kondice jak na t\u011ble, tak na duchu a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017een\u00ed kontaktu s firmou. Na\u0161e poselstv\u00ed je: ING jsme my, ne budova. P\u0159i n\u00e1vratu do kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed hled\u00e1me balanc. Kancel\u00e1\u0159 budoucnosti je pro n\u00e1s m\u00edsto na setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch pozic\u00edch doj\u00edt k roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed mo\u017enosti pr\u00e1ce z domova, ale v celkov\u00e9m sou\u010dtu se to m\u016f\u017ee dotknout jednotek procent zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Firemn\u00ed kultura tak v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nebude ohro\u017eena, i kdy\u017e bude t\u0159eba, aby j\u00ed ze strany zainteresovan\u00fdch odd\u011blen\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm HR, byla v\u011bnov\u00e1na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost, proto\u017ee pat\u0159\u00ed mezi z\u00e1klady \u00fasp\u011bchu v podnik\u00e1n\u00ed.
