P\u0159esto m\u00e1te dojem, \u017ee Thomas Sch\u00e4fer \u010desk\u00e9 rodinn\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edbro, zemi i jej\u00ed obyvatele dob\u0159e zn\u00e1. Je jim bl\u00edzk\u00fd a je neform\u00e1ln\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b a nevzru\u0161en\u011b si s n\u00edm m\u016f\u017eete pov\u00eddat o nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch novink\u00e1ch v mobilit\u011b.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Pane Sch\u00e4fere, ned\u00e1vno jste byl na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm autosalonu IAA v Mnichov\u011b, kter\u00fd se v\u011bnoval mobilit\u011b budoucnosti a kter\u00fd byl i kv\u016fli protest\u016fm ost\u0159e sledovan\u00fd. Jak\u00e9 dojmy ve v\u00e1s zanechal?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed autosalon ji\u017e dop\u0159edu velmi siln\u011b polarizoval. \u010c\u00e1st lid\u00ed se ptala, co to vlastn\u011b m\u00e1 znamenat, druhou \u010d\u00e1st nov\u00e1 koncepce velmi motivovala. Ve \u0160kod\u011b Auto jsme se rozhodli, \u017ee v krizov\u00e9m roce tam tolik pen\u011bz investovat nebudeme. Proto jsme letos zvolili celkem \u00fasporn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a pronajali si v Mnichov\u011b jednu kav\u00e1rnu: novin\u00e1\u0159i se mohli sv\u00e9zt na\u0161\u00edm maskovan\u00fdm modelem Enyaq Coup\u00e9 iV a absolvovat celou \u0159adu rozhovor\u016f. Bylo to naprosto v\u00fdborn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, chytr\u00e9 a rozumn\u00e9 \u2013 tak, jak je pro \u0160kodu typick\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Jako top mana\u017eer se mus\u00edte neust\u00e1le d\u00edvat dop\u0159edu. P\u0159esto mi dovolte, abych se kr\u00e1tce ohl\u00e9dl zp\u011bt: Je to teprve rok, co jste dorazil z Afriky do Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi. V \u010dem jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edly mezi v\u00fdzvami v Africe a v\u00fdzvami tady v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi, v Evrop\u011b?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">V Africe to byla daleko v\u00edce pr\u016fkopnick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, budov\u00e1n\u00ed struktur. Tak trochu jako v \u010c\u00edn\u011b p\u0159ed 40 lety. A v\u017edy \u0161lo pouze o jeden region. V Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi je to glob\u00e1ln\u00ed souhrn v\u0161eho, co je spojeno s jednou zna\u010dkou, od v\u00fdzev t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se elektrifikace a a\u017e po regionalizaci, v\u010detn\u011b p\u00e9\u010de o blaho 43 tis\u00edc \u0161kodov\u00e1k\u016f. Je toho t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 desetkr\u00e1t v\u00edc, ne\u017e za co jsem byl odpov\u011bdn\u00fd p\u0159edt\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Jak\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti sem m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159in\u00e9st nyn\u00ed, kdy se nov\u00e1 strategie \u0160kody v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159uje i na Afriku?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Kdy\u017e jsem je\u0161t\u011b zodpov\u00eddal za zna\u010dku Volkswagen, starali jsme se z Jihoafrick\u00e9 republiky o subsaharskou Afriku, za severn\u00ed Afriku byl odpov\u011bdn\u00fd Seat. Za severn\u00ed Afriku je v koncernu Volkswagen vedle Indie a Ruska od leto\u0161n\u00edho roku zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 zna\u010dka \u0160koda. Jsme p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni o tom, \u017ee na\u0161e produkty, n\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edstup a na\u0161e know-how se k tomuto regionu dokonale hod\u00ed. To jsou \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 se vlastn\u011b v\u017edycky odehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed v z\u00e1kulis\u00ed, nyn\u00ed se ale dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed na prvn\u00ed str\u00e1nky novin. Nedostatek polovodi\u010d\u016f, exploduj\u00edc\u00ed ceny surovin, pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 logistick\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce, \u010d\u00edm\u017e trp\u00ed i \u0160koda Auto. Jak vypad\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00e1 situace a co je t\u0159eba ud\u011blat, aby se zlep\u0161ila?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">I v minulosti jsme se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neust\u00e1le pot\u00fdkali s probl\u00e9my v z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 kv\u016fli v\u00fdbuch\u016fm sopek, zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00ed a podobn\u00fdm jev\u016fm. Ale sou\u010dasn\u00e1 situace je extr\u00e9mn\u00ed. Nedostatek polovodi\u010d\u016f je pro n\u00e1s samoz\u0159ejm\u011b velmi siln\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a m\u00e1 hned n\u011bkolik d\u016fvod\u016f: po\u017e\u00e1r v Japonsku, ne\u010dekan\u011b tuh\u00e1 zima v Texasu, Suezsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav zablokovan\u00fd kontejnerovou lod\u00ed. Te\u010f je to zase Malajsie, kde jsou kv\u016fli koronavirov\u00e9 pandemii na n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f zav\u0159en\u00e9 podniky na v\u00fdrobu polovodi\u010d\u016f. Ale nem\u016f\u017eeme si myslet, \u017ee te\u010f tady rychle m\u016f\u017eeme postavit v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1vod, kter\u00fd to zm\u00edrn\u00ed. Mus\u00edme to vydr\u017eet. Douf\u00e1me, \u017ee se situace co nejrychleji zlep\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><em>\u201eCo nejv\u00edce \u010dinnost\u00ed d\u011blat co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><br><strong>Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee by \u010cesk\u00e1 republika mohla m\u00edt prosp\u011bch z trendu, kter\u00fdm je nearshoring?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u010cesk\u00e1 republika a cel\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u00ed a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropa jsou v\u00fdborn\u00fdm regionem pro jakoukoli lokalizaci. Ve \u0160kod\u011b Auto z\u00e1sadn\u011b db\u00e1me na to, abychom co nejv\u00edce \u010dinnost\u00ed d\u011blali co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee. C\u00edlem je, aby i vedlej\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed n\u00e1klady byly n\u00edzk\u00e9. N\u011bkdy to zkr\u00e1tka nejde, jako je tomu v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010dip\u016f. Ale v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee pokud m\u00e1 n\u011bkdo \u0161anci, pak je to \u010cesk\u00e1 republika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>V sou\u010dasnosti pracujete se sv\u00fdmi partnery na budov\u00e1n\u00ed stabiln\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9 struktury pro elektromobilitu. Jak obs\u00e1hl\u00fd je ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se spalovac\u00edm motorem tento p\u0159echod, co se t\u00fd\u010de dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce a struktury dodavatel\u016f?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 v\u00fdzva a budeme ji tady muset v\u0161ichni spole\u010dn\u011b zvl\u00e1dnout. Te\u010f pr\u00e1v\u011b investujeme do transformace v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f, to je \u00fakol obrovsk\u00fdch rozm\u011br\u016f, potom do v\u00fdvoje nov\u00fdch produkt\u016f, i to je n\u00e1kladn\u00e9. A vedle toho st\u00e1le m\u00e1me st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed produkty, kter\u00e9 pob\u011b\u017e\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b minim\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch deset let. Polovinu na\u0161ich kapacit v Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi jsme ji\u017e modifikovali tak, abychom tu mohli vyr\u00e1b\u011bt i elektromobily, nap\u0159\u00edklad Enyaq iV. A to sam\u00e9 se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 i v dodavatelsk\u00e9m \u0159et\u011bzci. V dodavatelsk\u00fdch struktur\u00e1ch mus\u00edme prov\u00e9st udr\u017eitelnou transformaci. A k tomu je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edst tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy jako EHK OSN nebo Euro 7. Tohle v\u0161echno zvl\u00e1dnout v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch p\u011bti a\u017e sedmi letech \u2013 to bude je\u0161t\u011b j\u00edzda. Ale jdeme do toho a t\u011b\u0161\u00edme se na to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Existuje n\u011bkolik v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed si, co se t\u00fd\u010de pohon\u016f, nedali za c\u00edl elektromobilitu, ale \u201eotev\u0159enost v\u016f\u010di technologi\u00edm\u201c. Jak to vid\u00edte vy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">V sou\u010dasnosti k elektrick\u00e9mu pohonu automobil\u016f neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00e1 alternativa. Zkr\u00e1tka to fyzicky, fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b a hlavn\u011b ani komer\u010dn\u011b nelze ud\u011blat jinak. A neprosp\u00edv\u00e1 tomu ani jak\u00e1koliv dal\u0161\u00ed diskuze. Ta naopak \u0161irok\u00fdm mas\u00e1m vnuk\u00e1v\u00e1 my\u0161lenku, \u017ee n\u011bjak\u00e1 alternativa p\u0159ece jen existuje. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vod\u00edku se jedn\u00e1 o obrovsk\u00e9 n\u00e1klady a \u00fa\u010dinnost 50 nebo 60 %, nehled\u011b na celou infrastrukturu, kter\u00e1 by byla pot\u0159eba a kter\u00e1 zat\u00edm neexistuje. P\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u00edm se k tomu, abychom tuto debatu zastavili. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je pot\u0159eba prov\u00e1d\u011bt dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, ale v horizontu p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch deseti let nep\u0159ipad\u00e1 v \u00favahu nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e bateriov\u00fd elektrick\u00fd pohon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><em>\u201eNem\u016f\u017eeme si dovolit \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 experimenty\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><br><strong>P\u0159edstavili jste model Enyaq iV s pln\u011b elektrick\u00fdm pohonem, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch. Kdy na trh doraz\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed model \u0160kody poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fd v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b elekt\u0159inou a pro kter\u00fd segment bude ur\u010den?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Za\u010d\u00e1tkem roku 2022 p\u0159edstav\u00edme Enyaq Coup\u00e9 iV a do roku 2030 uvedeme na trh minim\u00e1ln\u011b t\u0159i dal\u0161\u00ed elektromobily, z toho v ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je\u0161t\u011b jeden do roku 2025. Pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f jsme v posledn\u00ed f\u00e1zi p\u0159\u00edprav t\u00e9to koncepce. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159esn\u011b nastaven\u00e1 pro velkos\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobu. Nem\u016f\u017eeme si dovolit \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 experimenty, tedy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd okrajov\u00fd segment, ale hlavn\u00ed proud. Co je jej\u00edm nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm nov\u00fdm prvkem ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se Strategi\u00ed 2025, kterou jste p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b nahradili?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Strategie NEXT LEVEL \u2013 \u0160KODA STRATEGY 2030 navazuje na \u00fasp\u011bchy Strategie 2025 a je jej\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fsledn\u00fdm pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm. Za posledn\u00edch 15 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f se sv\u011bt obr\u00e1til vzh\u016fru nohama \u2013 vezm\u011bme t\u0159eba Zelenou dohodu pro Evropu \u010di ozn\u00e1men\u00ed mnoha zem\u00ed o tom, kdy ukon\u010d\u00ed prodej automobil\u016f se spalovac\u00edm motorem. Trend v\u00fdrazn\u011b sm\u011b\u0159uje k elektromobilit\u011b. Pot\u0159ebovali jsme tedy jasn\u00fd pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd povede automobilku \u0160koda do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho desetilet\u00ed a d\u00e1l. Mus\u00edme b\u00fdt v Evrop\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, prov\u00e1d\u011bt nyn\u00ed elektrifikaci, b\u00fdt v koncernu Volkswagen n\u00e1kladov\u011b nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zna\u010dkou. P\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1me odpov\u011bdnost za koncern v severn\u00ed Africe, Indii a Rusku. A p\u0159itom neztr\u00e1c\u00edme ze z\u0159etele t\u00e9ma udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho rozvoje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><br><em>\u201eZa posledn\u00edch 15 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f se sv\u011bt obr\u00e1til vzh\u016fru nohama\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><br><strong>Model Fabia Combi se spalovac\u00edm motorem byl zcela ne\u010dekan\u011b sta\u017een z programu ve prosp\u011bch elektromobil\u016f a celkov\u00fdch flotilov\u00fdch emis\u00ed zna\u010dky \u0160koda. Jak coby p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva vlastn\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00edte to, \u017ee se o \u201epolo\u010dasu rozpadu\u201c firemn\u00edch strategi\u00ed v podstat\u011b rozhoduje v Bruselu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Dovolte mi, abych to up\u0159esnil: Sou\u010dasnou generaci Fabie Combi jsme nevy\u0161krtli z programu, ale rozhodli jsme se, \u017ee u\u017e nebude m\u00edt n\u00e1stupce. M\u00edsto toho d\u016fsledn\u011b s\u00e1z\u00edme na elektromobily. A k druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti ot\u00e1zky: Ano, je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee mus\u00edme opustit technologii spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f. Ale v\u0161echno mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v rovnov\u00e1ze i s ekonomick\u00fdmi z\u00e1jmy. Vezm\u011bme si jako p\u0159\u00edklad op\u011bt Fabii Combi. Ta dnes stoj\u00ed od 14 do 18 tis\u00edc eur. Po zaveden\u00ed normy Euro 7 by st\u00e1la o 3 a\u017e 5 tis\u00edc eur v\u00edc, a to kv\u016fli nutn\u00e9 hybridizaci a velk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed vz\u00e1cn\u00fdch kov\u016f v katalyz\u00e1torech. Takov\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst ceny z\u00e1kazn\u00edci nezaplat\u00ed, hlavn\u011b proto, \u017ee n\u00e1klady na elektromobily a t\u00edm i jejich ceny budou d\u00e1le klesat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>To, k jak\u00fdm n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm regulac\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed, je nam\u00ed\u0159eno p\u0159\u00edmo proti strategii zna\u010dky \u0160koda, aby byl velkoobjemov\u00fd segment s levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi vozy strukturov\u00e1n co nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bji.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku to mo\u017en\u00e1 tak vypad\u00e1, ale i v tomto segmentu se budou vyr\u00e1b\u011bt elektromobily, kter\u00e9 budou st\u00e1t kolem 20 tis\u00edc eur a v\u00fdhledov\u011b je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b. V\u0161echny firmy, v\u0161ichni dodavatel\u00e9, v\u0161echny univerzity dnes prov\u00e1d\u00ed v\u00fdzkum bateriov\u00e9 technologie. Je to trochu podobn\u00e9 jako kdysi u flash disku: d\u0159\u00edve st\u00e1lo 256 MB 50 eur, dneska si za to koup\u00edte jeden terabyte.
